The Wii Fit system is a hot seller these days and is a super fun way to get in shape. Wii Fit includes Yoga, balance games, strength training and aerobics activities in a series of fun filled activities. Will you get a better workout by going to a real gym? Perhaps. But Wii Fit makes exercising actually fun (how long has it been since you thought that?). So, you tend to use it more often than you actually manage to go to the gym.
